You can send a campaign from the Audience section, either to the entire audience or to a specific segment after applying filters. You can also prepare the campaign from the Campaigns section.

From the Campaigns section, you’ll be able to view campaigns that have already been sent or create a new one. You’ll need to provide a name for your campaign, and follow these steps:

1. Audience.

You must select your audience from:

  • Segments: predefined ones or those you have manually created by applying audience filters.

  • Data Sources: for instance, if you've uploaded a file with contacts, you can select this file and send the campaign to all those contacts.

  • Tags: select the audience using tags.

Also, you can exclude specific segments of contacts:

2. Compose campaign:

Create the campaign message and preview the result on the right side, taking into account:

3. Review and schedule campaign

Here you’ll be able to review the message exactly as it will be sent and see a detailed summary of the campaign review, that is, the number of messages to be sent and the estimated campaign cost (to save time, only an estimate is shown, not the exact amount).

Now, when you click “Schedule Campaign”, you’ll have the option to send the campaign immediately or schedule it for later.

If you select “Send now”, the campaign will be sent to all contacts.

If you select “Schedule Campaign”, a calendar will appear where you can choose:

After that, you’ll be able to schedule the campaign. If you want to modify it in the future, you’ll have the option to change the sending date or reschedule the campaign.
