You have a "Marketing Acceptance" attribute for each channel
For SMS, it is the SMS Acceptance Attribute. This field does not depend on campaigns sent from Instasent. It is based on your database and refers to whether the contact agreed to receive your communications before starting to use our App.
By default, each contact has this value marked as YES, because we assume that the contacts uploaded to the platform have given you permission to send them messages.
