For SMS, it is the SMS Acceptance Attribute. This field does not depend on campaigns sent from Instasent. It is based on your database and refers to whether the contact agreed to receive your communications before starting to use our App.

By default, every contact has the value set to 'UNKNOWN', as we cannot assume any marketing preference.

However, you can also import contacts without marketing permissions.
