Excluded Audience
When preparing your campaign, the first step is to select the audience. You can select your audience (segmen, datasource, tags, etc.), and they you will be able to exclude any contacts you want:
Without the need to create a specific segment beforehand, in this example we show how to select customers who have made at least two purchases:
And excluding contacts who have made a purchase recently.
Note: This functionality is only available in the Premium plan. If you don't have this plan, it will be necessary to create the desired segment beforehand by applying the corresponding filters.
