Default language
In a single campaign, you can customize the message in multiple languages so that each customer receives the message in their browser's default language, if this information is available.
Important: It is necessary to have the customers' language attribute available in order to utilize this functionality. It's important to clarify that multilanguage campaigns are not dependent on the phone number or country of the contact, but rather on the browser language. If this data is not available, it will be necessary to create a separate campaign for each audience.
To send a multilanguage campaign, you should first write the sender and text for the default campaign. We recommend setting the default campaign language to the language of the majority of your contacts.
Let's suppose you create your campaign in English:
This message will be the default message. By clicking on that checkbox, you can configure a version in another language. For example, in Spanish:
Contacts with the attribute 'browser language' set to 'Spanish' will receive this new version, while all other contacts will receive the default version (in English).
You can create as many versions as you want or delete them by clicking on the trash icon.
