SMS campaigns stats

Campaign metrics are crucial for comprehending whether the messages you send are achieving the goals you've set. In this brief article, we will explain the data that the Instasent app can provide for each campaign.

Note: Several metrics require you to have previously connected your online store via a connector or webhook.

Access the 'Campaigns' section, where you will find a list of sent campaigns and a summary of the most important metrics:

Delivered: The total percentage of SMS messages that are already on the user's device, out of the total SMS messages sent.

  • CTR (Click-Through Rate): Calculated as the total number of unique clicks on the link divided by the total number of messages delivered.

  • CVR (Conversion Rate): Calculated by dividing the total number of orders received within the attribution window by the total number of messages delivered.

  • Sales: Revenue generated by the campaign and the average order value (AVG).

  • ROAS (Return on Ad Spend): Measures the revenue earned for every € spent on advertising.

  • EPM (Earnings per Message): Calculated as the total revenue divided by the total number of messages sent. It reflects how much revenue you obtained for each message sent..
