SMS Automation Metrics

These metrics are essential for understanding whether the messages you send are achieving the goals you've set. In this brief article, we will explain the data that the app can provide for each automation.

Note: Several metrics require you to have previously connected your online store via a connector or webhook.

Access the 'Automations' section, where you will find a list of all the configurations, along with a series of available options:

You will see a summary of the most important metrics:

  • Total Messages: The total number of messages sent through any of the steps (you can create automations with more than one message).

  • CTR (Click-Through Rate): Calculated as the total number of unique clicks on the link divided by the total number of messages delivered.

  • CVR (Conversion Rate): Calculated by dividing the total number of orders received within the attribution window by the total number of unique users that received the first message.

  • Sales: Revenue generated by the campaign and the average order value (AVG).

  • ROAS (Return on Ad Spend): Measures the revenue earned for every € spent on advertising.

  • EPM (Earnings per Message): Calculated as the total revenue divided by the total number of messages sent. It reflects how much revenue you obtained for each message sent.
