How to activate the abandoned cart recovery automation
A very useful automation template that generates high profitability is abandoned cart recovery, that is, when the customer selects items in your online store but does not complete the purchase.

You must have previously connected your ecommerce and, if your user has indicated their phone number, you can send them a personalized SMS to recover that sale.
Note: To easily set up this automation, we recommend using one of our pre-defined abandoned cart recovery templates.
Whether you use a template or create the automation from scratch, you'll be able to define the following parameters:
Audience: who will receive this message.
Activation event (trigger): what needs to happen for the message to be sent?
Cancellation event: what is the expected action? In other words, the event that, if it occurs, will prevent the message from being sent.
Message: Configure the time delay between the event occurring and the message being sent, the sender, and the message text.
Message 2,3,4... (optional).
Delivery settings: Set the message limit, meaning each time the trigger event occurs, how much time should have passed since the previous message was sent before sending a new one?
Additionally, you can indicate whether this message should or should not be sent to unsubscribed contacts.
Finally, save the automation and decide whether to enable the "Active" button or not for it to be live.
