An automation, flow, or automation flow consists of sending one or automatic messages when an event occurs.

For the trigger to work, you must have connected your technology to Instasent, that is, the app needs to receive this information. Both API or any of our predefined connectors (like your Shopify online store) are valid for this purpose.
