How to connect Zapier with Instasent

Connecting Zapier with Instasent is as simple as adding Zapier as a data source and following these steps:

At first, you will see a preview of what information you'll be able to get with this connector. Then we will follow these steps to integrate it:

Go to Zapier

Complete this basic information

After you do this, you will receive the setup instructions, where you will need to click on Install Instasent for Zapier:


Accept the invitation and now you'll be able to create your first Zap:


When creating your Zap, the first step is to select the app you'd like to connect with Instasent:

Click on Trigger and select the app:

In this example, we will use Google Sheets. And depending on the app you will choose, you will have to complete this basic information:

Then you will be able to run tests and finally connect the app with Instasent, by clicking on Trigger and selecting Instasent.

Then you have to select the action event:

After that, you can click con account and complete the information you will find in Instasent's page:

Once the account is connected, click on continue and complete the following configuration by mapping the information:

Once you completed this process, you will be able to test the connection and if everything is OK, you can publish the Zap.

Go back to Instasent, click on finish and you can check that the new contact has been created.

So every time a the action is triggered (contact created in Google Sheets in this case), the information will go to Instasent and update the new contact.

Finally, the connector will be available in the Data Sources section and you will also be able to send your first campaign.

All the importad contacts will be present in the Audience section, ready to apply filters and create targeted segments.
