Connecting Hotmart will allow you to automatically synchronize buyers, subscriptions, and purchases, enabling the creation of automations and contact segmentation, thus optimizing customer management and SMS marketing strategies.
To connect your Hotmart account with Instasent, follow these steps:
1. Get your credentials in Hotmart
Configure the public/private API keys in Hotmart. To do this, go to the upper right corner of your Hotmart account and click on "Browse" and then on "Tools".
A new page will open where you have to select "Hotmart Credentials".
Create your credentials as "API Hotmart" and save them, as you will need them later to make the connection.
A Client ID and a Client Secret will be provided. Copy them.
2. Connect
To start the integration from your Hotmart account, you must add it as a data source. Click on the "Install Hotmart". On the new page, add the credentials created in Hotmart and click on "Connect Hotmart account".
3. Mapping
It consists of assigning the name of each field with information.
4. Tags
Tags to identify this data source.
5. Create Webhook in Hotmart
Finally, you must create your Webhook in Hotmart. To do this, you must copy the URL that the App provides
At this point, you must go to Hotmart > "Browse" > "Tools" > ''Webhooks''
A new page will open, where you must register a new Webhook, complete the required fields, and give permission for the events you want to share.
Once the process is finished in Hotmart, remember that you must click on "Finish" in Instasent to complete the process and do your tests.
Once these 4 steps are confirmed, you will have this connector available in the Data Sources section, where you can have an overview and activity. You will also be able to send the first campaign. All contacts will be available in the Audience section, where you can apply filters and create segments.
