Monitor and analyze results to inform strategic decisions

In this section, included in Insights, a dashboard with the global results of all channels is available, or it is possible to filter by one of them. By default, the results of the last 30 days are shown, although it is possible to change this parameter in the drop-down on the right.

The following data is shown:

  • Messages per day, with delivered, expired and failed status (by placing the cursor over the chart, the specific data appears)

  • Interactions per day: clicks and unsubscribes

  • Investmen per day

  • Top marketing types

  • Messages by country

  • Messages by carrier

  • Messages by tag

  • Messages by city

  • Messages by language
