This automation consists of sending an SMS when the user completes their purchase, with the aim of confirming and thanking the customer for their purchase (you can even include a discount coupon to encourage their next purchase). It is part of the preconfigured automations in the Post-Purchase section, and you must have previously connected your online store.
To create this automation, you must follow these steps:
1. Select the Audience and the Trigger
Audience: It can be the entire audience or just a segment.
Activation Event: You must select the connector that sends the event and the name of the event → Order created.
Cancellation Event: This would be an event that, if triggered, would prevent the message from being sent. In this case, we leave it so that the message is always sent.
2. Configure the message:
Wait time after trigger: This is the time we will wait from when the contact is added to the list until the message is sent. In this case, it can be sent instantly or after a few days.
Sender and message text
Multilanguage message (optional).
3. Delivery settings
Activation limit: If we select "unlimited," the message will be sent every time a purchase is made. However, this can be edited.
Finally, save the automation and decide whether to enable the "Active" button or not for it to go live.
