In summary, if you connect a <a href="https://help.instasent.com/en/articles/6680334-how-to-configure-a-csv-file-to-introduce-data-in-instasent#h_68148c4a30">.csv file</a> or <a href="https://help.instasent.com/en/articles/6909408-how-to-introduce-my-custom-data-from-copy-paste#h_f96c9d71da">copy&amp;paste</a> the data, they must be separated by commas.

If you use our <a href="https://help.instasent.com/en/articles/6680340-how-to-introduce-my-custom-data-from-api#h_32f0490a14">API</a> or connect any of your applications (for example, <a href="https://help.instasent.com/en/articles/6680327-how-to-connect-shopify-with-instasent#h_002c92d98f">Shopify</a>), simply follow the steps.
