In the Automations section, you can create automations or view the existing ones, and they can be in different statuses:
- Active: The automation is operational and will send an SMS when the "trigger" rules are met. 
- Paused: The automation is created, but inactive. That is, it will not send an SMS to the customer even if the "trigger" rules are met. 
- Draft: These are automations whose configuration has not been completed yet. 
- Archived: the deleted ones. 
You can activate or deactivate automations as many times as needed.
