Automation status types

We explain the status that we associate with automation campaigns so that you understand their status

In the Automations section, you can create automations or view the existing ones, and they can be in different statuses:

  • Active: The automation is operational and will send an SMS when the "trigger" rules are met.

  • Paused: The automation is created, but inactive. That is, it will not send an SMS to the customer even if the "trigger" rules are met.

  • Draft: These are automations whose configuration has not been completed yet.

  • Archived: the deleted ones.

You can activate or deactivate automations as many times as needed.
