In the User settings - Billing Notifications section, you can set low credit alerts.

All you have to do is select the minimum amount that must be reached and will trigger the alert, and if you want to receive the notice via email or SMS.

Those teammates with Admin or Billing permissions will receive the alert. It is recommended that more than one person in the company receive this notice.
