Main user settings (email, phone number, password, language, notifications)

User settings

You can access the user data settings by clicking on the drop-down menu on the top right corner of the screen.

Click on "My User Settings'':

This section allows you to:

  • Edit your basic user data

  • Manage your notifications

USER SETTINGS

  1. User info

You will see your assigned role (only the account Owner can edit the roles of each user within the "Organization Settings" section) and contact information.

2. Change password

You can create a new password by typing it in "new password" and then re-typing it in "repeat password" and clicking on "change password"

3. Change email

You can modify your user account email by typing it in "new email". For security reasons, you need to enter your password to verify the action where it says "password" and click on "change email"

4. Change phone number

In this section, you can modify the phone number linked to your account. To do so, you need to enter your new phone number in the "phone" field, including your country code, and verify it by filling in your "password" and clicking on "change phone number"

When you have completed these steps, for security reasons, we will send you an SMS with a code to validate this action. Check your phone, type the code you received and click on "validate code". Your phone number change will be updated correctly.

5. Language and region

You will be able to select the and change the platform language. You can also specify your country in "regional settings" and edit the time zone in which you want to view all the information. By default, your account will be configured in the region and time zone that we detect that fits you.

NOTIFICATIONS

In this section, you can manage the notifications related to your user account.

  1. Contacts

You can decide by which method to receive updates on your contact imports, whether by email or SMS.

2. Billing

If you have user permissions to view the billing section, you can manage the channel by which you want to receive payment and invoice notifications.

You can also set up an alert that will notify you when you have low credit and whether you want to receive that alert via email or SMS.

To set it up, you just need choose the minimum funds that will activate the alert (for example, if you indicate "50", we will notify you when your balance is below 50€).
