When you want to send a multi-country campaign, you need to keep in mind that the sender of your campaign will not always be displayed the same way.
There are different restrictions in different countries that may cause the sender to appear exactly as you set it, or to automatically display an alphanumeric sender instead.
We have developed a feature that adds your sender name directly into the body of the message itself. This way, you can ensure that even if a country's carrier changes your sender, your brand name will still be visible.
To configure this, go to your campaign and, within the message editor, click the “View countries” button located below the Sender selector.
Once there, you will see that you can add a prefix to include your brand name or anything else you want to communicate.
Now you will see that, in the message preview, for a country where using an alphanumeric sender is not allowed, the prefix you configured will appear:
This way, you will achieve a more complete and personalized message.
