To create a segment with the contacts whose status was failed in a campaign, follow these steps:
Go to the Audience → Contacts section:
Once there, click on “Add filter.” Then, select the value “Campaign delivery.”
Next, we need to choose the source from which this value will retrieve the information. In this case, we will select Instasent.
Click Done, and you will now see the contacts who have participated in our previous campaigns.
Now you can filter by campaign, and you can also filter by the delivery status of that campaign. You need to add another filter where you search for the campaign name. Here, you will be able to select the specific campaign you want to work with:
This is where we will get more specific and select another filter — in this case, “Delivery status.”
Here, you will be able to choose between Delivered, Expired, Failed, and Rejected.
To create a segment with the contacts who had issues receiving the SMS at the time the campaign was sent, you must select the value “Failed” and click Done.
Now that the segment has been created and filtered, click the “Save segment” button so you can use this segment to launch new campaigns.
