✅ Review / UGC Flow Objective
The goal of the Review Flow is to motivate customers who have already received their order to leave a review or share their experience. This automation helps build trust, enhance the brand’s reputation, and increase conversions.

Trigger: Order created
Filter: Optional. (Order total amount is bigger than X€)
Delay: 7 - 14 Days
Condition: The customer hasn’t made another purchase since then
⚙️ General Configuration of the Flow
Audience: All audience or we can choose a segment
Activation event: We must select the datasource sending the information and choose Shopify > Order created
Cancellation event: That event that, if happens, will stop sending the SMS. In this case, there should be no cancellation event.
📨 Configure the message:
Waiting time: this is the period we’ll wait from the moment the order is created until the message is sent. In this case, we’ll use a delay of 7 to 14 days.
Sender and message content: in this case, it will be a message encouraging the customer to leave us a review about their latest purchase.
⚙️ Delivery Settings
Activation limit: This is the limit on how many review requests we’ll send each time a customer makes a purchase. You can set it to be sent only once per contact, once for each purchase made, or once every X months.
