In More > Project Settings > Test Numbers section, you can add the phone numbers where you want to send test messages for your campaigns.

Select the country and the phone number, then click 'Add test number'.

When sending an SMS campaign, you can send a test message to any of the numbers you have added. More information on this is available in this article.
