The maximum length of an SMS
...is 160 characters for Latin characters (GSM), which are reduced to 70 if the text contains Unicode (UTF-8) characters.
If you are composing your campaign and the platform warns that the total number of messages that each contact will receive is more than 1, two things can happen:
The text contains Unicode characters and its length is greater than 70 characters.
The text does not contain Unicode characters but its length is greater than 160 characters.
You have a total SMS counter while you create the campaign, and you must request a quote before sending any campaign. If there is any cost you don't understand, please contact our support team before confirming the sending.
