If you connect your store, whether through a native connector like Shopify or via API, Instasent will provide valuable insights about your customers and their future behavior, using our proprietary technology:
Order Frequency: We will review the order history, weigh it, and estimate how often the customer makes a purchase.
Predicted new order amount: The estimated value of the upcoming order.
Predicted new order date: When should the next purchase occur?
These three attributes can be highly useful for preparing upcoming marketing campaigns, creating personalized offers, recovering lost purchases if these deadlines are not met, and creating highly targeted segments, among other uses.
In the Segments section, you will have access to two predefined segments:
