How to upload contacts with phone numbers from the same country
If you are importing a CSV (or doing copy&paste), you can select the default country and the platform will automatically add the prefix.
In this example, we selected UK, so for all numbers without prefix, the platform will add the prefix of the selected country. You do not need to worry.

But, what happens if there are numbers from different countries without prefix?
In this case, you have two ways to configure your file:
Include a column with the country code (ISO 2 letters).
Upload all numbers with country prefix.
For example, german numbers must begin with: +49, 49, 0049 or +0049, all are accepted.
If your file does not meet either of these options, we recommend that you import contacts by separating country by country in separate documents, in order to be able to select the default country as we have explained at the beginning of this article.
