Once you apply the desired filters to your audience, you will be able to save that segment.

You must name the segment and you can make a description for easy recognition of it later.

The segment will be created and will be available in the Segments section and also you can filter by segment in the Audience section:

It will also be available in the Segments section:

And you will be able to send a campaign to the segment.

You can also edit your saved segments.
